Beyond the accolades
Before her health journey reshaped everything, Chantal's ambition was simple: succeed in the industry. Working alongside some of the biggest names and brands in hairdressing gave her every outward marker of success — recognition, prestige, a career that looked, from the outside, like it had arrived.
But it was before she truly understood what the hair journey was really about. Before she understood that the real work isn't done for the industry — it's done in the chair, for the person sitting in it. Before she became, in her own words, a conduit for healing — not just of hair, but of the person underneath it.
Those early achievements were real, and they mattered. They were milestones — stepping stones that shaped her craft and sharpened her skill. But they were never who she is. Over 25 years, Chantal's journey has grown beyond the awards and the big names into something far deeper: a calling to care for people, not just their hair — to love well in the chair, and to help others feel whole.
That's the success that matters to her now.
