About Chantal
Chantal Haberland is an accomplished hairdresser, colourist, and educator with more than 20 years of experience in the hair industry. Over the course of her career, she has worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected names, including renowned hairdresser Errol Douglas, and collaborated with acclaimed photographers such as Andrew O’Toole and David Mannah. Her work has taken her across the globe, contributing to high-profile events including Fashion Week in Paris and Milan, and earning her a place on the prestigious Australian FAME Team.
With a career grounded in both creative excellence and technical mastery, Chantal has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results across cutting, colouring, education, and salon leadership. She spent four years as the NSW Educator for NATULIQUE, where she played a key role in training and inspiring hairdressers in organic and low-tox hair practices. She also served as a senior hairdresser and educator at Organic Hair Culture in Pyrmont, where she further developed her expertise in holistic, results-driven hairdressing.
After achieving success in the mainstream hairdressing world, Chantal’s career took a transformative turn as she began to deeply explore the ingredients used in conventional salon products and the long-term effects they can have on both clients and stylists. This understanding led her into the organic hair space, where she became passionate about proving that healthier, more conscious hairdressing does not have to come at the expense of beautiful, high-performance results.
Determined not to accept the limitations often associated with organic colour systems, Chantal committed herself to mastering the craft of organic colouring, colour correction, and advanced salon results. Through years of dedication, experimentation, and education, she has become known for achieving outstanding colour work and transformative corrections while staying aligned with a healthier, more sustainable approach to hairdressing.
