Your colour is selected according to your existing hair, natural regrowth, skin tone, condition and desired level of maintenance. Depending on the result you would like, your appointment may involve a single block colour, a softer multidimensional finish, a root shadow or a complete toner refresh.
Please note that these colour services include the colour application, processing and basin work only. A treatment and finishing service must be booked separately where required.

Chantal will determine whether your hair requires a regrowth tint, complete all-over colour, root shadow or toner. The colour formulation is then selected to create the required depth, tone and level of coverage while respecting the condition of your hair.
For new clients or significant colour changes, additional consultation may be required to review your colour history and confirm what can be achieved safely within the appointment.

Regrowth tint appointments help maintain consistent coverage as the hair grows. Toners and root shadows provide tonal refinement but will gradually soften and fade with washing.
Chantal will recommend an appropriate maintenance schedule and advise which home-care products can help protect the colour between appointments.
Price Guidance
Tint Regrowth and Wash
$135 · Approximately 80 minutes
Designed for covering grey regrowth or matching newly grown hair to the colour previously applied through the lengths.
The appointment allows approximately:
• 20 minutes for application
• 45 minutes for processing
• 15 minutes for basin work
This service focuses on the regrowth area and is intended to maintain an established colour rather than create a completely different result.
A treatment should be added when required. You must also book the finishing service you would like following your colour, such as an After-Colour Dry-Off, blow-dry or cutting service.
All-Over Colour and Wash
$199 · Approximately 75 minutes
A complete colour service applied from the roots through the mid-lengths and ends.
The appointment allows approximately:
• 30 minutes for application
• 30 minutes for processing
• 15 minutes for basin work
Depending on your desired result, this service may be used to create a simple single block colour or a more dimensional all-over colour using carefully selected tonal variation.
Please book a treatment where needed, together with your preferred finishing service. This may include an After-Colour Dry-Off, blow-dry, styling or cutting service.
Root Shadow Toner
$65 · 30 minutes
A targeted tonal service designed to soften and blend the root area into the existing tone through the mid-lengths.
It is particularly effective following foiling services, when a softer transition is desired between the natural root and the lightened hair. It may also be booked as a maintenance service when only the root area requires tonal adjustment.
This service does not refresh the entire length of the hair.
A treatment or finishing service must also be booked. Select an After-Colour Dry-Off, blow-dry or cutting service according to the result you require.
Toner
$95 · 30 minutes
A complete tonal refresh designed to adjust or restore the tone throughout the hair.
A toner may be booked as a standalone maintenance appointment when the colour has become faded, overly warm or no longer reflects the desired tone. It should also be booked following foiling or balayage when tonal refinement is required.
Toner changes the tone of the existing colour but does not provide the same result as permanent grey coverage or a full all-over colour service.
After the toner, a treatment and finishing service must be booked as required. This may include an After-Colour Dry-Off, blow-dry or cutting service.

No. These services include the colour application, processing and basin work only.

Do I need to book a treatment?
A treatment is recommended when your hair requires additional moisture, strengthening, protection or condition support.
Chantal may also recommend a treatment based on the condition of your hair and the colour service being performed.
Should I book toner after foils or balayage?
Yes, when tonal refinement is required. Toner helps create the desired shade and finish after the hair has been lightened.
How long does toner last?
Toner gradually fades with washing. Longevity varies depending on your hair condition, porosity, washing frequency, water quality, heat styling and home-care products.
Can an all-over colour look multidimensional?
Yes. An all-over colour does not always need to appear flat or uniform. Depending on your starting colour and desired result, Chantal may create tonal variation and dimension within the overall colour service.
